6 absences in the Real Madrid list to face Al-Ahly

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti announced the Real Madrid squad that will face Al-Ahly of Egypt, next Wednesday, in the Club World Cup semi-finals.

The Meringue list saw the absence of Karim Benzema, Eder Militao, goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, Ferland Mendy, Eden Hazard and Lucas Vazquez due to injury.

The list included 22 players, they are:

Goalkeepers: Lunin, Luis Lopez, and Canazires.

Defenders: Carvajal, Alaba, Vallejo, Nacho, Odriozola, Rudiger, Marvell.

Midfield: Kroos, Modric, Camavinga, Valverde, Choameni, Ceballos, Mario Martin, Arribas.

Offensive line: Asensio, Vinicius Junior, Rodrigo, and Mariano Diaz.

It is scheduled that the Real Madrid mission will head, during the next few hours, towards the Moroccan capital, Rabat, in preparation for facing the Red Genie.

And the Al-Ahly team defeated the New Zealand team Auckland City 3-0 in the preliminary round, then eliminated the American team Seattle Sounders from the second round, with a score of 1-0, last Saturday.
