Barcelona is close to signing a special deal during the upcoming winter transfers.
According to the newspaper ” Sport “, Barcelona officials have agreed with the Italian Jorginho, the Chelsea midfielder, to move to Camp Nou, next January.
The newspaper pointed out that Matteo Alemani, Barcelona’s sporting director, recently met Jorginho’s agent, and the two parties agreed to complete the deal in the winter, to compensate for the possible departure of Sergio Busquets at the end of the season.
Jorginho’s contract with Chelsea expires at the end of the current season, so Barcelona must reach an agreement with the Blues regarding the price of the Italian player’s transfer to Camp Nou.
The Barcelona administration wants to settle a special deal during the next winter Mercato, because the financial restrictions on the Catalan team will be mitigated, compared to concluding any major deal next summer.
