Milan won a strong-willed victory over Inter in the match of the 5th round of the Italian Serie A. The meeting took place in Milan at the San Siro stadium and ended with a score of 3:2 in favor of the current champion of Italy.
In the 21st minute, Marcelo Brozovic put Inter ahead, but seven minutes later Rafael Leau scored back. On the debut of the second half, Olivier Giroud scored Milan’s second goal.

Milan scored more than two goals against Inter for the first time in 18 official matches. The Rossoneri last scored three against the Nerazzurri on 31 January 2016, when they won 3-0.
