Al-Nasr lost to Al-Ittihad in the semi-finals of the Saudi Arabian Super Cup.
The meeting, held in Riyadh, ended with a score of 3:1 in favor of Al-Ittihad, in which Romarinho (15th minute), Abderrazak Hamdallah (43), and Muhannad Al-Shankiti (90+4) scored. Al-Nasr scored Anderson Taliska (67).
Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo played against Al-Ittihad as a captain of Al-Nasr. He played the whole meeting and was not marked by productive actions.
Ronaldo made his debut for Al-Nasr on Sunday in a Saudi Arabian league game against Al-Ittifaq (1-0). Earlier, the striker missed two official games of his new team, but took part in a friendly match against the French “Paris Saint-Germain” (4:5), in which he scored twice.
Al-Ittihad and Al-Feiha will face each other in the Saudi Super Cup final.
