Arsenal beat Brighton on the road in the match of the 18th round of the championship of England – 4:2. Mikel Arteta’s team won the fifth consecutive victory.
In the 2nd minute of the meeting, Bukayo Saka opened the scoring. Before the break, Martin Odegaard increased the lead of the Gunners.
At the beginning of the second half, Eddie Nketia brought the score to a big one. In the 65th minute, the hosts managed to win back one goal – the goal was scored by the Japanese Kaoru Mitoma. However, Martinelli almost immediately returned the guests to a three-goal lead. The final score in the game was set by 18-year-old Evan Ferguson, who saved Brighton from defeat.
Arsenal are on the top of the table with 43 points. Brighton are in 8th place with 24 points.
