In the first half, the advantage of the “Gunners” was increased by midfielder Martin Odegaard.
Arsenal scored 47 points and consolidated their lead in the standings, breaking away from second-placed Manchester City by 8 points.
Tottenham have won just one of their last four matches and are in fifth place with 33 points.
