Barcelona revealed the details of the injury of Sergi Roberto, the right-back, during the 4-0 victory over Athletic Bilbao, on Sunday evening, in the 11th round of La Liga, in the Blaugrana stronghold “Spotify Camp Nou”.
Sergi Roberto fell to the ground and suffered a severe shoulder injury and left the field in the 85th minute. Barcelona had made all his changes in the match, to complete the remaining minutes with a reduced number.
And the official account of Barcelona, on the social networking site “ Twitter ”, published a statement in which he said: “The first team player, Sergi Roberto, suffers from a dislocated left shoulder, and he will be absent from the team, and his return depends on the extent of his recovery.”
With this victory, Barcelona raised its score to 28 points in second place in the La Liga standings, while Athletic Bilbao’s balance froze at 18 points in sixth place.
