Barcelona rejected, today, Wednesday, an offer from Chelsea, regarding a double deal during the current summer Mercato.
“Barcelona rejected Chelsea’s offer to sign Aubameyang for 15 million euros in addition to Marcos Alonso,” wrote Fabrizio Romano, an expert on transfers of players and coaches in Europe.
“Chelsea is working on a new offer now, talks are still going on between the two clubs,” Romano added on his Twitter account.
Reports have previously claimed that Barcelona wants to include Marcos Alonso through a separate deal, from Aubameyang’s transfer to Chelsea.
Chelsea entered into negotiations with Barcelona to include Aubameyang, to compensate for the departure of the duo Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner.
