Real Madrid’s French striker Karim Benzema scored a special number after receiving the Ballon d’Or for the year 2022, after the player’s exceptional performance throughout the year.
Benzema won the award for the first time in his football career, to come first in the award, while he was succeeded by Senegalese Sadio Mane, the former Liverpool, and current Bayern Munich player, and then Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne.
According to the “Bleacher Report” network, Benzema won the Golden Ball with a difference of 356 points from his opponent, noting that this is the second-largest difference in points after Cristiano Ronaldo.
She added that the Don won the Ballon d’Or in 2016, 429 points ahead of his closest rival, Argentine Lionel Messi, the former Barcelona player.
Ronaldo had collected 745 points, while the Argentine star at the time had 316 points.
