Chelsea announced the permanent departure of its striker from Stamford Bridge, to enter a new experience in the Turkish League.
The London club issued an official statement today, Friday, confirming the permanent transfer of Belgian Michy Batshuayi to Fenerbahce.
The Belgian international played in Turkey last season, loaned to Besiktas, and scored 14 goals in 42 matches with him.
Batshuayi’s departure from the Blues came permanently after he spent the past years moving through clubs on loan, after joining the London team in May 2017.
Over the course of 5 years, Batshuayi only appeared with Chelsea in 77 games, during which he scored 25 goals.
