The struggle between the two London clubs continues for the Shakhtar player Mykhailo Mudrik.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano on his social media page, the Blues’ leadership is currently in Poland and is trying to reach an oral agreement with the Pitmen, preparing an offer of €100m. The Gunners have repeatedly made offers to Shakhtar, which the Ukrainian club rejected, expecting to receive an amount of about €100 million for their 22-year-old talent. But in recent days, Arsenal have been able to make progress in negotiations with the Pitmen.
The decision on which club to go to after all will now be up to the player himself. This season, Mudryk has played 18 matches for Shakhtar in all competitions. The player has 10 goals and eight assists.
