Cremonese knocked Roma out of the Copa Italia

On February 1, at the Olimpico stadium in Rome, the 1/4 final match of the Coppa Italia was held. Played local “Roma” and “Cremonese” from Cremona.

The final whistle of the judge recorded the victory of the guests with a score of 2:1.

The score in the match was opened in the 28th minute of the meeting – the striker of the guests Cyril Dessers scored from the penalty spot. In the 49th minute of the match, Cremonese doubled their lead with Zeka Celik’s own goal. Roma managed to close the gap only in the 90+4th minute of the meeting – Andrea Belotti scored.

The Roman club did not have enough for more – the final whistle of the judge recorded the victory of Cremonese and the team from Cremona reached the semi-finals of the tournament.

Thus, three of the four semi-finalists of the tournament became known – Inter, Fiorentina, and Cremonese earned a ticket to the 1/2 finals. Tomorrow will be the match between Juventus and Lazio, where the last semi-finalist will be determined. The current winner of the tournament is Inter.
