Italian “Juventus” beat the French “Nantes” in the second leg for reaching the 1/8 finals of the Europa League.
The meeting in Nantes ended with a score of 3:0 in favor of the guests. The hat-trick was scored by the world champion in the Argentine national team, Angel Di Maria, who scored at 5, 20 (penalty), and 78 minutes. The hosts played in the minority from the 18th minute after the removal of Nicolas Pallua.
Juventus won on aggregate (3:1) and reached the 1/8 finals of the Europa League. The draw for this stage will take place on 24 February.
In other matches, the Danish “Midtjylland” at home lost heavily to the Portuguese “Sporting” (0:4, total score – 1:5), the Dutch PSV beat the Spanish “Seville” 2:0 at home, but lost on aggregate (2: 3).
