Fernando Santos appointed head coach of Poland

President of the Polish Football Federation Cesar Kulesha has officially announced the appointment of Fernando Santos as the new head coach of the Polish national team.

“See you at the press conference,” Kulesha wrote on social networks, where he published a joint photo with the Portuguese specialist.

Santos will be introduced as head coach of Poland at noon today.

Santos, 68, captained Greece from 2010 to 2014 and captained Portugal from 2014 to 2022, leaving after the World Cup in Qatar.
