FIFA has revealed that the 2025 Club World Cup will be broadcast for free, ensuring fans around the globe can enjoy the action without any barriers. This move aims to maximize accessibility and engagement as the expanded 32-team tournament takes center stage in the United States next summer.
During the draw ceremony, FIFA President Gianni Infantino announced: “Fans around the world will have free access to watch all matches of the 2025 Club World Cup.”
Infantino added: “We will take the trophy on a tour to all the countries represented in the tournament, starting in New York City. All participating teams will join the tour, giving football fans the chance to see this magnificent trophy up close.”
Al Hilal will be making its fourth appearance in the Club World Cup, following previous participations in 2019, 2021, and 2022, secured after winning the 2021 AFC Champions League title. As part of the tournament trophy tour, the trophy will make a stop in Riyadh.
