Hazard’s goal sets a record for Real Madrid

Real Madrid star Eden Hazard scored a special number during his 3-0 victory against Celtic, Scotland, on Tuesday evening, in the first round of the group stage of the European Champions League.

According to the Opta statistics network, Eden Hazard’s goal came after 33 continuous passes in preparation by Real Madrid players, which is the largest number of passes for a goal for the royal team in the Champions League, out of a total of 434 goals for the club since the 2003-2004 season.

With this victory, Real Madrid is in second place with 3 points, with a goal difference from leaders Shakhtar Donetsk, and Celtic is in fourth place without points.

Hazard was substituted after 30 minutes of the match after the team’s star Karim Benzema felt injured and asked to leave and not complete the confrontation.
