Henry: That’s what worries me about Arsenal

Date:

Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has expressed his concerns about the depth of his squad and suggested it could be a limiting factor to his success in the Europa League.

Arsenal is preparing to face Zurich in the European League this evening, but it will miss the services of Emile Smith Rowe, Thomas Partey, Mohamed Elneny, and Reiss Nelson.

However, Henry has backed players such as Gabriel Jesus, William Saliba, Martin Odegaard, and Bukayo Saka to carry the team on their shoulders this season.

Speaking to CBS, Henry said: “I’m worried about the Europa League. Why? Because of the depth of the team.”

“I think the starting line-up is good enough, but when you play in those matches at some point during the long season, it can be a lot. But I can see a team and teamwork, and I love that.”
