The meeting in Turin ended with a score of 1:0. The ball was scored by Adrien Rabiot in the 34th minute. In the 89th minute, Fiorentina managed to hit the gates of Juventus, but after a video review, the referee canceled the goal, fixing an offside position.
Juventus are ninth in the standings with 29 points, while Fiorentina are 14th with 24 points.
In January, the appeal court of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) held a hearing on the resumption of the trial in the case of financial fraud of Juventus. The FIGC prosecutor’s office deprived the club of 15 points for financial fraud, and also removed a number of Juventus officials from football.
