Brentford beat Liverpool at home in the match of the 19th round of the English Premier League – 3:1.
The scoring in the 19th minute was opened by the Merseyside player Ibrahima Konate, who scored an own goal. Then Joan Wissa and Brian Mbeumo scored goals as part of the winners.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain scored for the losing team.
Brentford ended Liverpool’s four-match winning streak and are seventh in the Premier League standings with 26 points. Liverpool are in sixth place with 28 points.
