At the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, Napoli relied on Romelu Lukaku’s decisive goal in the 54th minute, set up by Giovanni Di Lorenzo, to claim a narrow victory over Roma.
This win earned Napoli three crucial points, raising their tally to 29 and securing the top spot in Serie A, one point ahead of Atalanta, Inter Milan, and Fiorentina.
Meanwhile, Roma remained stagnant at 13 points, holding 12th place in the league standings.
