Forward guests Rafael Mir became the author of the only goal in the first half. After the break, 17-year-old Rico Lewis, Julián Alvarez, and Riyad Mahrez scored for the English team.
Manchester City has previously guaranteed themselves a place in the playoffs from the first place. Sevilla finished third in the group and will play in the Europa League in the spring.
In another meeting, Borussia Dortmund drew with Copenhagen (1:1). The goals were scored by Thorgan Azar and Hakon Arnar Haraldsson.
Dortmund finished second and advanced to the knockout stages of the Champions League. Copenhagen is the last one.
The draw for the 1/8 finals of the Champions League will take place on 7 November at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon (Switzerland).
