Medvedev defeated Rublev to win the third title in a row

The tournament in Dubai (UAE) was won by Daniil Medvedev, the seventh racket of the world.

In the decisive match, Medvedev, who was seeded third, defeated fellow Russian Andrei Rublev (2) 6:2, 6:2. The tennis players were on the court for one hour and eight minutes.

Daniil won the personal meetings by a score of 5–2 and extended his winning streak to 14 matches.

At tournaments hosted by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), Medvedev won his third title in a row. The 27-year-old Russian had previously won competitions in Rotterdam and Doha. Medvedev has won 18 singles titles altogether.
