The Argentine Lionel Messi, the star of the French club Paris Saint-Germain, was keen to send a farewell message to the tennis legend, Roger Federer.
And Messi posted on his account on the famous photo site “ Instagram ”, a picture of Federer, commenting on it: “A unique genius in the history of tennis and an example for any athlete, all the best in your next stage, we will miss seeing you on the field, which was making us enjoy.”
Federer announced his retirement from tennis after the Laver Cup in London this month, after a legendary career that lasted 24 years, during which he won 20 Grand Slam titles, in addition to many other tournaments.
