Messi was free in the penalty area and Nicolas Otamendi gave him a pass, after which Lionel sent the ball into the far bottom corner of the goal.
For the 35-year-old football player, this is the first goal in the playoffs of the World Cup. Previously, Messi scored for Argentina only in the group stages of the World Cup.
