Messi sets new Champions League record by beating Ronaldo

PSG striker Lionel Messi scored two goals and made two assists in the match of the 5th round of the Champions League group stage against Maccabi (7:2).

According to Opta, the Argentine became the oldest player in the history of the tournament, who managed to get a double and make two assists in one game. Messi is currently 35 years and 123 days old.

PSG scored 11 points and secured a place in the knockout stages of the Champions League.
