Milan Turn the Tables to Secure a 2-1 Victory at Como

Milan turned the tables on Como in a tough 2-1 victory in the 19th round of the Italian Football League, a postponed match played on Tuesday. Despite Como taking the lead, Milan bounced back with two goals in quick succession to seal the win.

Como Takes the Early Lead, but Milan Responds

Como shocked Milan with a goal from Assane Diao in the 60th minute, giving the hosts the advantage. However, Milan’s response was swift. Theo Hernandez, Milan’s French left-back, scored the equalizer in the 71st minute, his third goal in Serie A this season. He also netted his fourth goal across all competitions, helping Milan stay in the hunt for points.

Leao’s Goal Secures the Win for Milan

Just five minutes later, in the 76th minute, Portuguese winger Rafael Leao put Milan ahead, scoring his fourth goal in Serie A this season. His clinical finish gave Milan the three points and helped them recover from two consecutive draws in the previous rounds.

Milan Back on Track

With this victory, Milan moved up to seventh place with 31 points, securing their eighth win of the league season. The Rossoneri will be hoping to build on this momentum as they look to climb further up the Serie A standings.

Como’s Struggles Continue

On the other hand, Como, under the leadership of their young coach Cesc Fabregas, suffered their second consecutive loss. With just 19 points, Como remains in 16th place, still struggling to find consistency in the league.

In another game, Juventus stumbles again, with a 1-1 draw against Atalanta.
