The Morocco national football team defeated the Canadian team in the third round match of the group stage of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The meeting of group F was held at the El Tumama stadium in Doha and ended with a score of 2: 1 in favor of the Moroccans. Goals for the team were scored by Hakim Ziyech (4th minute) and Youssef En-Nesiri (23). Morocco defender Naif Aguerd scored an own goal.
The Moroccan national team scored seven points and reached the playoffs of the 2022 World Cup, the Canadians did not score points and completed their performance in the tournament.
