And according to the British newspaper, “The Sun”, the Red Devils will pay two million pounds for the loan of the goalkeeper.
The contract includes a penalty clause, allowing Newcastle to redeem Dubravka in January.
Dubravka was keen to join Manchester United, as soon as he learned of the club’s interest in him, and told Newcastle he wanted to move to Old Trafford.
The Slovakian is no longer the primary goalkeeper at Newcastle, having signed Nick Pope from Burnley, this summer.
Dubravka will be the second goalkeeper for Manchester United, as he will replace Dean Henderson’s departure to Nottingham Forest, and will also pose some threat to the main goalkeeper, David de Gea, who made some impressive mistakes early this season.
