Chelsea officially announced today, Wednesday, the completion of the transfer of French defender Wesley Fofana, from Leicester City.
According to several sources in England, Fofana’s contract extends for 7 years, for a value of approximately 82 million euros.
“Hello, Wesley,” Chelsea’s official Twitter account wrote.
Fofana commented on his move to Chelsea and said: “The past two days have been really great for me and I am very happy. I trained this morning with the team and this is a dream for me. I am very excited to start playing for the fans and the club.”
