Paris Saint-Germain announced, Thursday evening, the signing of Spanish midfielder Carlos Soler, midfielder of Valencia, in the current summer transfers.

Saint-Germain said, in a statement on its official website: “Paris Club is pleased to announce the signing of the Spanish international, Carlos Soler, midfielder, from Valencia.”

The French club indicated that Soler signed a contract linking him to Paris for five years, until the summer of 2027.  

For his part, Soler said, in his first statement after joining the French club: “I am very happy, it is a new adventure in my career… I feel proud, and I look forward to starting Working with my colleagues, meeting them, and giving everything to this shirt.”

He added: “On Tuesday we will play our first match, at the Parc des Princes in the Champions League, and it will be an opportunity for me to know this atmosphere… I am sure it will be a wonderful party for everyone and for the fans.”
