Rublev beat Alcaraz in the semifinals of the exhibition tournament in Abu Dhabi

Russian tennis player Andrey Rublev (eighth place in the ATP rankings) won a confident victory over the first racket of the world, the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz in the semifinal match of the exhibition tournament Mubadala World Tennis Championship in Abu Dhabi (UAE).

The match was played on hard court. Rublev won in two sets with a score of 6:2, 6:1. The duration of the match was 59 minutes. Alcaraz has three aces and one double fault. Rublev filed right through three times and made two double faults.

In the final of the exhibition tournament in Abu Dhabi (UAE), the Russian tennis player will meet with the fourth racket in the world, the Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas. In the match for fifth place, Briton Cameron Norrie defeated Croat Borna Coric (6:3, 7:5).
