Manchester City advanced through Julian Alvarez in the 21st minute, before Barcelona equalized through Aubameyang in the 26th
minute. In the 66th minute, Barcelona scored the lead through Frenkie de Jong, before City equalized through Cole Palmer in the minute 70.
Memphis Depay scored Barcelona’s third goal in the 79th minute before City equalized again with a penalty kick by Riyad Mahrez in the ninth minute of the second half.
Barcelona had played two matches in the Spanish League, winning one and drawing in the other, while Manchester City won two matches and tied the third in the English Premier League.
