The French team won the 1/4 final match of the European Basketball Championship – 2022 over the Polish team.
The meeting was held in Berlin (Germany) and ended with the triumph of French basketball players with a score of 95:54. Forward Gershon Yabusele, who scored 22 points, became the most productive player of the match among the winners.
Another 10 points were scored by defender Evan Fournier. A.J. Slaughter scored nine points for Poland.
The French team has qualified for the EuroBasket final, where they will meet the national team of Spain. The Polish national team will play in the match for third place with Germany. The final of the tournament and the match for third place will take place on September 18.
