Gilgeous-Alexander’s performance marked his fifth 30+ point game in the last six outings. Jalen Williams also contributed significantly with 19 points, helping the Thunder maintain their impressive form.
The Lakers were led by Dalton Knecht, who scored 20 points, including five three-pointers. However, the Lakers suffered their fourth loss in five games, which saw them eliminated from the NBA Emirates Cup quarterfinals, unable to defend their title from last season. D’Angelo Russell added 17 points off the bench in the defeat.
