Toni Kroos criticizes players leaving to the Premier League for money

Date:

German midfielder of Real Madrid Toni Kroos has criticized the players leaving to the English Premier League for big salaries.

“TV rights revenue has been much higher in England for many years now and it still hasn’t resulted in English clubs winning every trophy. Thank God, not all players strive for a high salary, someone wants to win titles and develop as a football player, ”GOAL Kroos quotes with reference to OMR Podcast.

32-year-old Toni Kroos won the 2014 World Cup with the German national team and became a five-time Champions League winner with Real Madrid (the first German player in history to achieve such an achievement). He moved to the creamy camp from Bayern Munich in 2014.
