Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez expressed his great admiration for Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva, after the two teams’ friendly match at Camp Nou on Wednesday, which ended in a 3-3 draw.
Fabrizio Romano, a transfer market expert, highlighted Xavi’s statements after the match, through his account on the social networking site “Twitter”.
When asked about his desire to sign Silva, he replied, “Who does not like Bernardo Silva, or De Bruyne or Haaland?”
He continued, “Bernardo is a key player in Manchester City, and he is able to make the difference.”
“I admire him, there are few like him in football, but contracting him depends on the approval of Manchester City.”
