On Monday, Spanish tennis sensation Carlos Alcaraz revealed his plans to take part in next year’s Queen’s Club Championship.
The player claimed the Queen’s Club title in 2023 but missed the 2022 edition due to an elbow injury. In 2024, his run ended in the second round with a loss to Jack Draper.
Expressing his excitement about returning, he said, “I’m eager to be back at Queen’s next summer. Winning the title two years ago gave me the confidence to achieve my first Wimbledon victory.”
Alcaraz added, “That’s why being here holds so much significance for me. I aspire to join the ranks of players like Feliciano Lopez, Andy Murray, and Andy Roddick, who have claimed this title multiple times.”
The Queen’s Club Championship, a 500-point ATP event, is scheduled to take place from June 16 to 22.
