Paris Saint-Germain’s president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, has reacted to recent speculation about the club’s talks with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah.
“Salah’s contract with Liverpool runs out next summer, giving him the option to join any club for free in January. Al-Khelaifi, quoted by Fabrizio Romano on the ‘X’ platform, dismissed the rumors, saying: ‘The stories regarding Salah’s transfer to Paris are incorrect.
Salah is a fantastic and exceptional player, but to be honest, we haven’t thought about him,” said the PSG president. “We know that every club would be interested in signing him, but this rumor about us is absolutely untrue,” Al-Khelaifi concluded.
