Chelsea is close to renewing the contract of a new star, after renewing Reese James, the right-back.
Chelsea announced this morning the renewal of James’ contract until the summer of 2028.
According to Fabrizio Romano, an expert in the transfer market in Europe, Chelsea is targeting the renewal of the contract of his English star Mason Mount.
Romano indicated, through his account on “ Twitter ”, that talks have already been underway for a long time between the club’s management and the player.
Mont is currently awaiting the final offer from Chelsea to resolve his position, and there is confidence on the part of the Blues that an agreement can be reached soon.
