Cristiano Ronaldo is officially engaged to his long-time partner, Georgina Rodriguez, marking a new milestone in their nearly decade-long relationship. The news was confirmed after Georgina posted a picture on social media flaunting her dazzling engagement ring, leaving no doubt that she said “yes” to the Al-Nassr forward’s proposal.
Engagement confirmed after years together
The couple, who share four children, have been the subject of engagement rumours for years. Just last week, Georgina shared photos from an intimate Friendship Day celebration, where the couple hosted close friends. The lavish setting sparked fresh speculation that Ronaldo might have finally popped the question.
Now, the 31-year-old Spanish model has made it official, captioning her ring reveal with the heartfelt words: “Yes, I do. In this and all my lives.”
Ronaldo focused on football success
Away from his personal life, 40-year-old Ronaldo is preparing for a crucial season with Al-Nassr. Since joining as a free agent in January 2023, the Portuguese legend has been chasing the elusive Saudi Pro League title. Determined to change that, Al-Nassr have bolstered their squad by bringing in Ronaldo’s Portugal teammate Joao Felix, with Kingsley Coman also set to join.
The team will launch their 2025–26 campaign in the Saudi Super Cup semi-final against Al-Ittihad on August 19, under the guidance of coach Jorge Jesus.
