Center “Indiana” Miles Turner (26 years old, 211 cm) agreed with the club to extend the contract. According to ESPN insider Adrian Wojnarowski, the new deal will run until the end of the 2024-25 season with an annual salary of over $30 million.
In addition, Turner’s salary for the current season will be increased by $17.1 million for a total of $35.1 million. This is the largest increase in an existing contract in NBA history.
In the 2022/23 regular season, Turner is averaging a career-best 17.5 points and 7.9 rebounds per game while averaging 2.4 blocks.
