France striker Kylian Mbappe has become the first player in history to score nine World Cup goals before the age of 24.
Mbappe scored in the 1/8 final match of the World Cup in Qatar against Poland. Forward “PSG” hit the opponent’s goal in the 74th minute and in the 90th minute, making the score 3:0.
For the 23-year-old Frenchman, this goal was the ninth in the world championships. Mbappe broke the record of three-time world champion Brazilian Pelé, who scored seven goals in world championships before reaching the age of 24.
