Jorge Messi, father and agent of Argentina and PSG striker Lionel Messi, has arrived in Riyadh, Daily Mail reports.
The British tabloid claims that the purpose of Messi Sr.’s visit to Saudi Arabia is to negotiate the possible transfer of his son to Al-Hilal. Earlier, the media reported that Al-Hilal was ready to offer Messi a contract with an annual salary of 300 million euros.
The 35-year-old Argentine’s current deal with PSG expires in June.
We add that on January 17, Riyadh will host a friendly match between PSG and the combined team of Saudi Al-Nasr and Al-Hilal stars. Recently, Cristiano Ronaldo has been playing in Al-Nasr, the match is presented exactly as a duel between the Portuguese and Messi.
