The Spanish national team won the match of the 1/4 finals of the European Basketball Championship – 2022 over the German team.
The meeting was held in Berlin (Germany) and ended with the success of the Spanish basketball players with a score of 96:91. The most productive player of the match among the winners was forward Lorenzo Brown, who scored 29 points.
Another 16 points were recorded by defender Willy Hernangomes. As part of the German national team, Dennis Schroeder scored 30 points. Another 15 points were scored by Franz Wagner and Andreas Obst.
The Spanish national team has issued a ticket to the EuroBasket final, where it will meet with the French team, which previously defeated the Polish national team.
The German national team will play in the match for third place with the Poles. The final of the tournament and the match for third place will take place on September 18.
